Broers Cthulhu Idol

The statue is wonderfully made. It feels like a proper statue and not just a prop. It looks the part as well because of the paintjob. A fateful day to receive the statue based on H.P. Lovecraft's drawings, but with that perfect to remember him by.

While the photos here were enough to convince me to buy this, it is so much nicer in person! I am outfitting a new game room in a lovecraftian theme, and this (not so) little guy sitting on his plinth looks absolutely fantastic! He is subtle enough that people have to walk up to him to see what he is but impressive enough that they are taken aback when they do. Now I'm trying to come up with a suitable label to sit on the shelf next to him with his faux provenance. :)

This is an amazing statue! I like to have this guy stare down at me from my bookcase. It makes my wife uneasy and the dog keeps barking at it.

A “new” take on the idol from the now-wrold-famous story The Call of Cthulhu.

The resin cast is suitably heavy and the detail is nothing short of amazing. A really impressive sculpt. The plinth bears some suitably cryptic runic inscriptions. I’ve never seen this visualization before, with the triple eye pairs. The overall effect is very creepy. A great display piece and prop for games.

The only whine, were I to have one, is that I’d have favoured a more greenish colouration given a choice. However, I jumped at the chance to own my own copy almost as soon as it came back into stock, so take that with a grain of salt.

wow. this is a quite nifty sculpture and prop for this and possibly other games, or as just a model in your cave.
fairly heavy, and about the size of a larger male hand palm. you would be well advised to get one while copies remain, if you happen to enjoy props and game pieces.

best of all, since setting it up in my basement case/ den I've won three jackpot lotteries, four Hollywood actresses have called me up for hot dates, and my physical age and appearance has decreased by about 25-30 years. Incredible powers with this idol.... Now, I cant promise those same results for you, but hey, would I lie to you ?
